We are the administrators and assistants of your rights as authors and producers of audiovisual works*, collecting and distributing the remuneration legally due to you and carrying out other project-related activities.

Based on a membership or representation agreement, the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, other laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and international treaties ratified by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as bilateral and other cooperation agreements.

We are a collective administration organization supervised by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania.
We exclusively represent the interests of rights holders of audiovisual works.
We collect and distribute remuneration to the rights holders we represent in a transparent and efficient manner.
We assist members with contract drafting, other copyright-related issues, and provide free mediation.
We actively participate in the legislative process and advocate for our members’ interests.
We initiate and implement projects that strengthen the audiovisual sector.
